Easyfix door frame draught excluders provide an effective, easy-to-install perimeter seal around the top and sides of external and internal doors. Fitted to the door frame, the flexible seal meets the closed door to reduce cold draughts, heat loss and noise penetration, helping improve comfort and energy efficiency in homes, offices, commercial premises and refurbishment projects. A separate door bottom draught excluder can be used to seal the threshold gap.

Choose from bubble, blade and bristle door draught excluder sets, each designed to provide reliable insulation. Bubble draught seals use a hollow flexible insert that compresses against the door; blade seals use a flexible fin to close the gap; and bristle draught excluders use short polypropylene brush pile to form a practical seal while allowing smooth door movement. These weatherproof door frame seals are suitable for front doors, back doors, entrance doors and general DIY or trade installation.

The draught-proofing strips are held in durable rigid PVC or aluminium carriers, with attractive colour and finish options to complement different door frames. Gold and white aluminium versions have a high-quality anodised finish for a smart, long-lasting appearance. Standard doorway sets include two 2100mm side lengths and one 914mm top length, with fixings supplied, while trade packs provide longer lengths that can be cut down for multiple installations or larger projects.

Easyfix door seal kits are straightforward to measure, trim and screw into position using simple tools. Whether you need a bubble door seal, flexible blade draught strip, brush draught excluder or complete door frame insulation kit, Tubeway offers practical solutions for domestic DIY, bulk construction fit-outs and commercial refurbishment. Buy door frame draught excluders online to create a neat, durable seal that helps block draughts, retain warmth and reduce unwanted noise.

Frequently Asked Questions

These FAQs will be category based. These FAQs cover key information on our extrusion ranges, bespoke manufacturing, lead times, and technical support.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

For most products, yes. These are detailed on each product page, and are accumulated in the basket.

We also offer volume pricing that starts at either 500 or 1000m+ MOQ, depending on profile size. We're happy to pass on the economies of scale we gain through extended manufacturing; taking up this options not only offers a price saving but also allows you to customise your order, specifying things such as varying cut lengths.

Please contact the Sales Team to discuss this requirement.

What delivery service do you use?

Unfortunately due to the length of our goods we're unable to make use of many of the small parcel couriers such as Evri, DPD and Yodel. As such, we use a commercial carrier, DX.

Whilst we do have tiered delivery pricing determined by postcodes where we're charged surcharges, our flat rate delivery charges represent additional discount for larger orders as our costs increase with the weight of the consignment.

Can the delivery driver phone ahead so I can make sure I'm there for my delivery?

Our carriers are unable to offer this service. However, if you have a safe place your goods can be left, you can inform us when you order and not necessarily have to wait in.

Will my delivery arrive at the weekend?

Unless you specify a Saturday delivery at checkout the standard service is working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

For example if we despatch on Friday on a Next Day Service, your items are due for delivery the following Monday.

Can we collect our order as we live locally?

Yes, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, even though we do not have a trade counter as such. However, because of the way this website is set up, you will need to pay for delivery when you order, and this element of your payment (+ Vat) will be refunded to your payment card on collection of your items.

Can I buy single lengths?

Unfortunately not, as the manufacturer we only deal in whole packs as we just don't have the physical space to store lengths without damaging them.

If you do need single lengths, please contact the office as we have a number of Resellers that should be able to fulfil your needs.

Can your Plastic trims be used outdoors?

All of our plastic trims, except Clear and Silver have UV stabilisers included within the PVC Compound allowing them to be used externally.

The main purpose of the UV stabilisers is to minimise colour fade and also maintain impact strength, preventing the profile becoming brittle. It's worth noting that darker colours absorb heat from the sun at a faster rate than lighter colours so over time they will experience a slight fading.

Please also be aware that in particularly hot conditions profiles may distort in shape when used externally. Based on our existing grade of PVC, UV Stabilisers will not prevent this happening and this problem is again exacerbated on the darker profiles such as Black and Anthracite Grey.
