Corrugated PP tube, also known as corrugated polypropylene hose, flexible conduit or corrugated ducting, is a tough and versatile tubing solution for indoor and outdoor projects. Its single wall corrugated construction allows the tube to flex around bends, corners and obstacles while still providing useful crush resistance, making it suitable for water management, cable protection, garden projects, voids, cavities and general ducting applications.

About Our Corregated Tube

Tubeway stocks black corrugated polypropylene tube in 20mm and 25mm outside diameter sizes. The 20mm corrugated tube is supplied in loose 100m coils, while the 25mm corrugated tube is supplied in loose 50m coils. Both sizes are made from rigid black polypropylene and have an approximate compression strength of 250N, allowing them to be buried, submerged or routed through enclosed spaces where a flexible but durable tube is required.

Corrugated PP hose is commonly used for water butts, fish ponds, garden drainage, pond pipework, cable sleeving, protective ducting, light drainage runs, cavity routing and general DIY or trade installations. The flexible ribbed design makes it easier to route than rigid pipe, while the polypropylene material provides good durability for damp, outdoor and below-ground environments. Choose corrugated polypropylene tube when you need a lightweight, flexible and hard-wearing duct or hose for protecting, channelling or routing water, cables or services.

Frequently Asked Questions

These FAQs will be category based. These FAQs cover key information on our extrusion ranges, bespoke manufacturing, lead times, and technical support.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

For most products, yes. These are detailed on each product page, and are accumulated in the basket.

We also offer volume pricing that starts at either 500 or 1000m+ MOQ, depending on profile size. We're happy to pass on the economies of scale we gain through extended manufacturing; taking up this options not only offers a price saving but also allows you to customise your order, specifying things such as varying cut lengths.

Please contact the Sales Team to discuss this requirement.

What delivery service do you use?

Unfortunately due to the length of our goods we're unable to make use of many of the small parcel couriers such as Evri, DPD and Yodel. As such, we use a commercial carrier, DX.

Whilst we do have tiered delivery pricing determined by postcodes where we're charged surcharges, our flat rate delivery charges represent additional discount for larger orders as our costs increase with the weight of the consignment.

Can the delivery driver phone ahead so I can make sure I'm there for my delivery?

Our carriers are unable to offer this service. However, if you have a safe place your goods can be left, you can inform us when you order and not necessarily have to wait in.

Will my delivery arrive at the weekend?

Unless you specify a Saturday delivery at checkout the standard service is working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

For example if we despatch on Friday on a Next Day Service, your items are due for delivery the following Monday.

Can we collect our order as we live locally?

Yes, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, even though we do not have a trade counter as such. However, because of the way this website is set up, you will need to pay for delivery when you order, and this element of your payment (+ Vat) will be refunded to your payment card on collection of your items.

Can I buy single lengths?

Unfortunately not, as the manufacturer we only deal in whole packs as we just don't have the physical space to store lengths without damaging them.

If you do need single lengths, please contact the office as we have a number of Resellers that should be able to fulfil your needs.

Can your Plastic trims be used outdoors?

All of our plastic trims, except Clear and Silver have UV stabilisers included within the PVC Compound allowing them to be used externally.

The main purpose of the UV stabilisers is to minimise colour fade and also maintain impact strength, preventing the profile becoming brittle. It's worth noting that darker colours absorb heat from the sun at a faster rate than lighter colours so over time they will experience a slight fading.

Please also be aware that in particularly hot conditions profiles may distort in shape when used externally. Based on our existing grade of PVC, UV Stabilisers will not prevent this happening and this problem is again exacerbated on the darker profiles such as Black and Anthracite Grey.
