Plastic Flexi Corner Trim is a foldable Plastic Angle that can be bent to accommodate any corner up to 180°. This makes it the perfect corner protection where corners are not a perfect 90°. Tubeway have designed this rigid PVC angle with striations on the inner face, designed to provide a slightly rough or “”keyed”” surface, ideal when fitting using a silicon adhesive.

With a slight upstand on the angle edge , these plastic angles can be fitted in both Internal and External settings, make them the perfect choice for Corner Protection. This upstand on the profile edge also allows the angle to be fitted with a range of Self Adhesive Tape, also available through this website.

Available in widths of 70mm (35mm x 35mm), 50mm (25mm x 25mm) , or 30mm (15mm x 15mm) there is a choice of lengths for all sizes of either 2.5m or 5m.

These rigid plastic angles are made from UV Stable PVC, making them suitable for both external or internal use. Given they are made from a white compound you will not see any stretch marks or discolouration at the bend point.

Please note, given these angles are made from a rigid PVC, excessive folding or bending will result in the angle becoming weakened at the fold point and the angle will eventually break at the seam.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

For most products, yes. These are detailed on each product page, and are accumulated in the basket.

We also offer volume pricing that starts at either 500 or 1000m+ MOQ, depending on profile size. We're happy to pass on the economies of scale we gain through extended manufacturing; taking up this options not only offers a price saving but also allows you to customise your order, specifying things such as varying cut lengths.

What delivery service do you use?

Unfortunately due to the length of our goods we're unable to make use of many of the small parcel couriers such as Evri, DPD and Yodel. As such, we use a commercial carrier, DX.

Whilst we do have tiered delivery pricing determined by postcodes where we're charged surcharges, our flat rate delivery charges represent additional discount for larger orders as our costs increase with the weight of the consignment.

Can the delivery driver phone ahead so I can make sure I'm there for my delivery?

Our carriers are unable to offer this service. However, if you have a safe place your goods can be left, you can inform us when you order and not necessarily have to wait in.

Will my delivery arrive at the weekend?

Unless you specify a Saturday delivery at checkout the standard service is working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

For example if we despatch on Friday on a Next Day Service, your items are due for delivery the following Monday.

Can we collect our order as we live locally?

Yes, this can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, even though we do not have a trade counter as such. However, because of the way this website is set up, you will need to pay for delivery when you order, and this element of your payment (+ Vat) will be refunded to your payment card on collection of your items.

Can I buy single lengths?

Unfortunately not, as the manufacturer we only deal in whole packs as we just don't have the physical space to store lengths without damaging them.

If you do need single lengths, please contact the office as we have a number of Resellers that should be able to fulfil your needs.

Can your Plastic trims be used outdoors?

All of our plastic trims, except Clear and Silver have UV stabilisers included within the PVC Compound allowing them to be used externally.

The main purpose of the UV stabilisers is to minimise colour fade and also maintain impact strength, preventing the profile becoming brittle. It's worth noting that darker colours absorb heat from the sun at a faster rate than lighter colours so over time they will experience a slight fading.

Please also be aware that in particularly hot conditions profiles may distort in shape when used externally. Based on our existing grade of PVC, UV Stabilisers will not prevent this happening and this problem is again exacerbated on the darker profiles such as Black and Anthracite Grey.
